Our Mission
The West Nipissing Art Gallery’s mission is to celebrate and promote the creative expression of West Nipissing’s artists. This includes artisans, musicians, writers & poets, photographers, painters and sculptors.
The artist-run gallery will organize regular exhibitions, facilitate workshops, and promote the networking of local talent. We will create a professional and welcoming venue for artists to display and share their work with the community and visitors. We will encourage West Nipissing artists to take pride in their work and become involved in their Gallery.
We feel this Gallery can be an important addition to the West Nipissing municipality by contributing to the quality of life of its citizens; creating economic opportunities for area artists; and fostering community harmony by bridging cultures, talents and generations.
All activities concerning the West Nipissing Art Gallery will be conducted in the spirit of co-operation, respect, and integrity.
